There's no single "best" shingle. It depends on what you need. For warranty coverage, GAF Timberline HDZ with Golden Pledge is the best in the industry. For wind resistance, Owens Corning Duration with SureNail locks down tight. For value, CertainTeed Landmark or IKO Cambridge give you solid performance at a lower price point. We carry all of them.

Age is the biggest factor. If your shingles are 20+ years old and you're seeing curling, cracking, or granule buildup in the gutters, it's time. Other red flags: leaks, missing shingles, daylight in the attic, and your neighbors all getting new roofs (same-age homes in a subdivision often need replacement around the same time).

First: put a bucket or container under the drip. If there's a visible bulge in the ceiling, carefully poke a small hole to let water drain into a bucket. This prevents the ceiling from collapsing. Then call (844) 764-0337. We do emergency tarping and temporary leak stops within 24 hours. The permanent repair follows once conditions allow.

Here's the process: we inspect your roof for free, document any storm damage with photos, and help you file the claim. Your insurance company sends an adjuster. We meet them on-site and walk the roof together. If approved, we do the work at the agreed price. If the estimate seems low, we supplement it with additional documentation.

One day for most homes. Our crews are experienced and we pre-stage materials the day before install. Bigger or steeper roofs can run to two days. The dumpster shows up at 7 AM and leaves when we're done. Your life gets back to normal fast.
